Sam D., DC, was born and raised in Pella, Iowa before earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota. He then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
He was introduced to chiropractic throughout his childhood due to various sports injuries. He found that these treatments, alongside physical therapy, were able to get him back to activity more effectively than by themselves. Dr. Dahm has a passion for patient care, and his goal is to get patient feeling better and moving better as quicky and efficiently as possible. He enjoys treating patients throughout all walks of life and takes into account all aspects of the person such nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, work, and much more. Dr. Dahm utilizes manual chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilizations, stretching, therapeutic exercises, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, flexion distraction, taping, and more to get you back to doing what is important.
In his free time, he enjoys getting to know the city of Boston with his wife, trying new restaurants, going for walks with his rescue dog, lifting weights, going on runs, playing golf, pickleball, and most other sports
