Dr. Gilmore has been a chiropractor in Massachusetts for a decade but his passion for teaching individuals about the body started long before that. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Biology from New England College in Henniker, NH. After which, he worked at Saint Anselm College as a lab instructor in Human Anatomy & Physiology and Biology for two years before enrolling at New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences).

Dr. Gilmore uses stretching and soft tissue techniques to aid in his chiropractic adjustments. He has worked with all types of patients, from athletes to pregnant patients. He most enjoys educating his patients about the cause of their pain because, “if a patient has a better understanding as to why they may be in either acute or chronic pain they will hopefully be a more willing participant in their recovery.” In his free time, Dr. Gilmore loves hockey, golf, baseball, and is an avid Boston sports fan. He also writes comic book reviews for the website Geeks World Wide.
